About Me
What makes my approach different is rooted in experience. My career has taken me from front desks to boardrooms, from rooming patients to crafting strategy, and that dual perspective means I understand both sides of the equation. I know what it feels like to live workplace culture, not just design it from above.
Through roles spanning healthcare systems, nonprofits, and everything from tech to retail, I've learned something simple but transformative: when you put people first, everything else falls into place. It's not about perfect processes or pretty org charts (though I do love those!) - it's about understanding what your team actually needs to thrive, then building from there.
